Day of Coordination

This Package is for the couple who has planned her wedding, needs assistance with personal item setup, and would like to enjoy her wedding.​

  • As soon as you book, you get unlimited phone or email communication

  • Checkoff list

  • One event Coordinator 

  • Event Plan Development

  • Two one-hour planning meetings 

 Two weeks before the event​

  • Venue & Vendor Contract Review 

  • Walk-through of venue/property

  • One hour of Coordination for rehearsal

  • Ten-hour Coordination for wedding day

  • Contracted vendors timeline

  • Wedding party timeline

  • Supervise the venue set up for reception (flowers, cake table, decorations, catering, entertainment, etc.)

  • Coordination of  cocktail hour and reception

  • Coordinate grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, grand exit, etc.

  • Place or set up wedding items like wedding programs, favors, a guestbook, gift boxes, a cake topper, and more.

  • Provide Emergency Kit & Snacks for the Bride

  • Take care of any last-minute details.

Event Management

This Package is for the couple who wants to take the lead with her panning, but as the day gets closer, we will take over to ensure a smooth ride.

​

INCLUDES EVERYTHING FROM THE DAY OF COORDINATION​

  • Five one-hour meetings before the event

  • Unlimited wedding day hours

  • Assistance with choosing vendors

  • Assistance with the design & floor plan of the event

  • Budget Management & monthly budget review

  • Supervise setup for the ceremony (flowers, aisle runner, etc.)

  • Plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner & ceremony

  • Assistance at church

  • Distribute flowers to the wedding party 

  • Distribute final payments

  • Monitor venue set up and clean up at ceremony and reception

  • Includes one assistant for an entire day (at Camila's Decor own discretion)

Full Service Wedding Planning

This Package is for couples who are too busy enjoying the fun aspects of wedding planning. I'll help create a plan tailored to your taste that stays within your budget and exceeds your expectations.

 

   INCLUDES EVERYTHING FROM THE EVENT MANAGEMENT​

  • Seven one-hour meetings prior to the event

  • Budget Set up 

  • Scouting Venues & Vendors

  • Assistance with contract negotiations

  • Set up and attend vendor interviews with you as required

  • Assist with accommodations for out-of-town guest

  • Assist Bridal party at ceremony & reception to line up & cue musicians

  • Coordinate and review bridal party and vendor timelines and Itinerary

  • Coordinates entertainment and all announcements/events during the reception

  • Includes two or more assistants for the entire day (depending on event size at Camila's Decor own discretion)
